I'm seeking a skilled designer to create a 16-page infographic brochure for our specialty non-metallic piping range for the mining industry. This will replace our traditional brochure with a modern, professional layout.

Requirements:
- Modern and sleek design
- Concise and attractive presentation of product info
- Incorporate:
- Product images
- Technical diagrams
- A variety of infographic layouts
- Relevant subject-specific infographics (e.g., pressure gauges for pipe pressure)

Essential Content:
- Product specifications
- Application examples
- Key benefits and comparisons

We have attached the existing brochure, but NOTE, we are NOT WANTING to carry any of the current styling into the NEW brochure! Our logo is about the only thing which needs to look the same!
We have also added a separate document which details a summary of what we need to include in each section of the new brochure
We have a limited range of actual product pictures available for each pipe type, so some illustrative innovation will be needed to either use these or create images that work
