Revamp Two Real Estate Booklets

I want to turn my current Pre-Listing Guide and Buyer’s Packet into polished, persuasive booklets that impress prospective clients the moment they open the file. Both pieces must inform readers about the process while subtly showcasing my real-estate expertise and services.

Scope of work
• Rewrite and tighten the existing copy where needed, adding clear explanations of the selling and buying process, key timelines, and the value I provide.
• Refresh the visual design with a clean, modern layout that aligns with my branding—think consistent color palette, readable fonts, and high-quality imagery.
• Supply press-ready PDFs for print plus optimized interactive PDFs for email distribution.

What I’m looking for
Someone who has proven experience crafting marketing collateral for real-estate professionals—or similarly service-driven industries—and knows their way around Adobe InDesign (or another professional layout tool). A knack for blending engaging copy with eye-catching design is essential.
