Retype & Format One-Page Newsletter Article

I have an old one-page newsletter article that needs to be retyped and formatted for reprinting. The original is a scanned image. I need the text delivered in a PDF. You just have to copy the text and image as well as maintain the original layout (with a very minor tweak – one line).

Key Requirements:
- Proficiency in Adobe InDesign or similar software
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to maintain original layout
