I’m finalising pre-construction documentation for a residential build and need an experienced pair of hands to shape three key items:
• Site establishment plan – clearly showing site access, fencing, material lay-down, temporary services and safety facilities, presented on my supplied drawing base.
• Construction methodology – a step-by-step narrative that explains how each stage of the build will be executed, coordinated and monitored.
• Organisational chart – a clean visual that maps every project-delivery role, reporting line and key responsibility.
Drafts and templates from previous jobs are ready for you; use them as a springboard rather than starting from zero.
