Research Report Layout Design for NGO

I'm looking for a skilled designer who can help with the layout of a report of research results about informal businesses.
Key Requirements:
- I need a report-style layout, not a magazine, newsletter or brochure.
- The report needs to be designed for A4 size.
- You will need to work with charts and tables
- There will be explanation boxes on several pages
- The report is around 60 pages long
