Reorganize the provided layout into a creative and professional investor presentation using PowerPoint. You will be given sample layouts used for similar purposes as references. Additionally, create 5 thematic pictures based on the initial design to visually represent and explain each theme. The final PowerPoint version must be fully editable, allowing changes to text, photos, graphics, templates, numbers, and colors. The design should also be adaptable for conversion back into Illustrator if needed.
