Recurring Layout and Design for Newsletters
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
This ongoing project requires someone with extensive knowledge of InDesign who can work very efficiently to prepare 4 page print and 6 page PDF files for 4 newsletters. These newsletters are customized for individual clients using nameplates which are layered into InDesign. These are marketing newsletters for insurance agents who use them for client development and customer service.
One newsletter is monthly, one is bi-monthly and the other one is quarterly. The current designer, who is retiring, spends approximately 6-8 hours to complete each issue of the monthly and bi-monthly newsletter and 3-4 hours to complete a quarterly newsletter.
Templates exist for all the newsletters. The designer just needs to copy and paste the text provided for each issue into the templates, copyfit them, add photos (which will be provided) and send the proofs back to us. After changes are made, print files and customer PDFs are prepared. We will provide all the InDesign templates.
These newsletters have been in publication for our customers in the U.S. for over 25 years.
