Recreate and Deliver Editable Design Files for Motivational Card Deck with Full Ownership

I need a freelancer to recreate a design for a deck of motivational cards based on work that has already been done. The final deliverables should include the following file formats: AI, SVG, EPS, PNG, and PDF. Additionally, I require written confirmation that I will have full ownership and copyright of the recreated design. An Intellectual Property (IP) Agreement will also be used to ensure proper transfer of rights.

The freelancer must have experience in creating card designs and layouts suitable for printing.
