Rebuilt PDF presentation in Adobe InDesign

we are looking for a freelancer to rebuilt an existing product presentation (PDF) in InDesign.
Please follow these rules:

- Copy each site
- Copy each text, replace text with Lorem Ipsum
- Copy each graphics, replace original graphics with unsplash.com placeholders
- Replace font with Avenir Next font
- The task is to be started immediately
- Please bid fix pricing, there will be no renegotiation
