Proofread & Format PDF Into Ebook

I’m ready to publish a completed manuscript that currently exists only as a straight-through PDF. Before launch, it needs a fresh set of eyes for thorough proofreading—spelling, grammar, punctuation, and consistency—plus professional interior layout so the final file reads like a true ebook rather than a simple document.

Here’s what I’m after:

• Clean, error-free text: track all corrections so I can review every change.
• Elegant interior design: proper headings, paragraph styles, page numbers, running headers/footers, and a clickable table of contents.
• Final deliverable in polished PDF format that meets standard ebook sizing and compression guidelines.

I already have a finished cover, so you can focus entirely on the interior. You’re free to work in Adobe InDesign, Affinity Publisher, or any tool you prefer as long as the exported PDF is print-ready and navigable on common readers.

Send a brief note on your proofreading approach, the software you’ll use for layout, and a timeline for a first proof. I’ll supply the current PDF immediately on award and will happily answer any technical questions you have along the way.
