Professional B2B Product Catalog Booklet
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
This project covers the end-to-end creation of a booklet-style brochure that will serve as our official product catalog for B2B clients. The piece must read and look unequivocally professional, matching our existing brand guidelines in colour palette, typography and overall tone.
Scope of work
I will supply the final copy, product photographs and all brand assets. Your task is to transform this material into a clean, attractive layout that flows logically from one section to the next, making it easy for procurement teams to scan key specifications while still feeling the premium quality of our offering. Expect a mix of product hero shots, specification tables and short value-driven paragraphs. Subtle infographics or icons are welcome where they help clarify features or advantages.
Design notes
• Format: booklet (perfect-bound or saddle-stitched; I’m open to your recommendation based on page count)
• Colour mode: CMYK for print, RGB optimisation for a lighter web version
• Size: standard A4 portrait unless you suggest a more effective dimension
• Style: crisp, uncluttered, plenty of white space, consistent grid system
Deliverables
• Print-ready PDF with 3 mm bleeds and crop marks
• Web-optimised PDF for quick email sharing
• Fully packaged source files (Adobe InDesign preferred; fonts and linked images included)
• Two review rounds for refinement, followed by a final proof for sign-off
Acceptance criteria
The catalog must render flawlessly on both high-resolution presses and tablet screens, maintain visual consistency across all pages, and present each product with its correct image, code and specification. Final files must pass a pre-flight check with zero missing links or font issues.
Timing is flexible within reason, but an initial layout preview one week after kickoff would help keep us aligned. I’m happy to answer any technical or brand-related questions as you proceed.
