Professional Portfolio & Presentation Designer Needed – Term 1

Job ID: 40111045

Budget: $10 – $30 USD

Term 1 has generated a rich mix of photos, video clips, and scanned artworks from every visual-arts lesson, and now I need everything shaped into a cohesive story. All raw files are already collected; what I lack is the time and design finesse to transform them into a finished package that does justice to the students’ creativity.

Here’s the end-state I have in mind: a creative, artistic presentation style that runs consistently through a polished digital PDF (sized for online sharing) and a print-ready file, both organised by medium—painting, sculpture, mixed media, and so on. Alongside the portfolio, each lesson should come with its own concept-based slide deck so I can recap learning objectives at parent evenings and faculty reviews. A unified visual identity is essential: colour palette, slide templates, and matching report layouts that reflect my personal brand as their Visual Arts teacher.

Key deliverables
• Curated, labelled folder system for every medium (source files + exports)
• Professionally edited video compilation, trimmed and colour-graded in a single film and in short lesson-based segments
• Digital PDF portfolio plus print-ready version (CMYK, bleed, crop marks)
• Slide deck template and completed Term 1 lesson presentations (PowerPoint, Keynote, or Google Slides—your choice)
• Brand kit: colour codes, fonts, logo lock-up, and report template

Adobe InDesign, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, or equivalent tools are all welcome as long as the final files are easy for me to update next term. If this Term 1 package lands smoothly, I’ll be keen to roll straight into Term 2 with you. Looking forward to seeing how you can elevate the students’ work.
