Professional Newsletter Layout Assistance

I need a professional and clean layout for our bimonthly newsletter, which is published on 11 X 17 TABLOID size paper. The newsletter is typically 8 pages, but can occasionally extend to 12 pages.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design a layout prioritizing news stories, with space for ads, flyers, and filler articles
- Produce a PDF proof for proofreading and corrections
- Create a final PDF for publication

Content will be provided via Dropbox and includes news stories (with or without pictures), ads from paid advertisers, flyers, and occasional modifications to advertiser content.

Pricing: I am looking for a price per page for each edition. We publish twice a month all year. We want someone who be constant for us. Termination of agreement with a 2 edition notice

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Strong graphic design skills with experience in layout design
- Familiarity with creating print-ready PDF files
- Ability to work with provided content and make necessary adjustments
- Attention to detail for proofreading and corrections

Preferred Style: The newsletter should have a clean and professional layout using sans-serif fonts (like Arial). News stories should be prioritized in the layout.
