Print-Ready A6 Disc Notebook
Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
I need a complete set of print-ready files for a compact A6 disc-bound notebook aimed at health/nursing/med students. The visual language should feel premium, neutral, and structured, clean sans‑serif typography, generous white space, and a layout that supports fast, functional note‑taking.
Scope
• Cover – A single piece in sage green (front and back as one spread), set up with proper bleed and a clear allowance for the disc punch margin.
• Inside master page – Front side combines a simple header block (I’ll supply an example) with evenly spaced ruled lines; reverse side is fully lined. Once the template is approved I can duplicate it for the final page count myself, so one perfectly built master is all that’s required.
• A–Z index – Nine staggered tabs, each carrying three letters, coloured in a subtle rotation of sand, beige and charcoal.
Technical expectations
– Final size 105 × 148 mm plus 3 mm bleed on all edges.
– Safe zone adjusted for disc punches on the left side
– All fonts converted to outlines or packaged.
– CMYK PDFs ready for offset or digital press, plus the open working file (InDesign, Illustrator or Affinity Designer are all fine).
Please note: this project must be built in InDesign, Illustrator, or Affinity — Canva is not suitable for print‑ready production
Acceptance
The project is complete when:
– All PDFs pass my printer’s pre‑flight check without modification
– Typography, colours, spacing, and tab sequencing match the brief
– The working file is clean, organised, and editable.
