Print Electronics Catalogue Design

I need a clean, visually engaging print catalogue that showcases our full electronics line in an easy-to-read, information-forward format. The goal is not hard selling but helping retailers and distributors compare specs, features, and model variations at a glance, so clear typography, consistent product sections, and accurate technical tables matter more than flashy sales callouts.
The product line is BLDC fans (Ceiling and TPW), cooktops (Induction and Infrared), Room Heaters etc.

The finished file must be press-ready (CMYK, 300 dpi, bleed included) and supplied both as an editable source file (InDesign or Illustrator preferred) and a high-resolution PDF for the printer. I will provide product photos, spec sheets, and brand guidelines; you will handle layout, iconography, and any minor photo retouching needed for uniformity.

Expect an initial concept spread, two revision rounds, and a final hand-off package that a printer can drop straight onto the press without adjustments.
