I am seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer who is also experienced in architecture and cartographic regression to help create eye-catching and effective graphics and visualizations of neighborhood transition over time. The successful candidate will have a passion for design and the ability to turn complex information into visually appealing and easily understandable graphics.

Responsibilities:

Design and create real estate templates for marketing materials, presentations, and other uses

Work with real estate agents and brokers to understand their marketing needs and provide tailored solutions

Collaborate with team members to develop and maintain a consistent visual brand identity

Stay up-to-date with current design trends and best practices, as well as advancements in design technology

Ensure that all templates meet industry standards and guidelines

Requirements:

Proven experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing real estate design work

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

Excellent attention to detail and an eye for aesthetics

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
