I need a complete 20-page brochure that makes our property portfolio feel exclusive and timeless. The visual direction is classic with elegant details—think refined typography, tasteful white space, and subtle graphic flourishes—while staying firmly inside the color palette already used in our current marketing materials. I will share the logo files, swatches, property photos, floor plans, and any brand assets you require.
Content creation is part of the brief. Each featured property should have a concise narrative, key specifications, and one-line highlights that can stand out when the brochure is skimmed quickly. If additional copy is needed to bridge sections or add an introductory note from our firm, please draft it in the same polished tone.
For structure, the only mandatory section is “Property listings with details.” Feel free to suggest a logical flow—perhaps an opening spread that sets the mood, followed by individual listing pages, and a closing call-to-action—but keep page count at twenty.
Deliverables I expect:
• Initial concept in low-res PDF for feedback
• Up to two revision rounds after my comments
• Final print-ready file (CMYK, 300 dpi, 3 mm bleed) and a web-optimised PDF
• Editable source files (Adobe InDesign or Illustrator)
