PowerPoint Redesign for Medical Conference

I am looking for an experienced PowerPoint designer to professionally restyle an existing medical conference presentation on myelofibrosis.

The scientific content, data, and slide structure are already prepared. I do NOT need help with the medical content itself. My goal is to transform the presentation into a highly polished, modern, international conference-level presentation suitable for a hematology/stem cell transplant audience.

What I need:

Complete visual redesign of the PowerPoint presentation

Professional medical conference aesthetic

Clean, elegant, and modern layout

Consistent typography, spacing, and formatting across all slides

High-end visual style similar to presentations used in international hematology/oncology conferences (ASH, EHA, EBMT, etc.)

Improved slide readability and visual flow

Better organization of complex scientific information

Creation/redesign of:

title slides

section divider slides

tables

graphs/charts

timelines

treatment algorithms

summary slides

Use of subtle professional animations/transitions only if appropriate

Incorporation of medical/scientific design elements where helpful

Consistent color palette and branding throughout the presentation

Ensure all figures/images remain high quality and properly aligned

Important:

This is a physician-level hematology presentation, so scientific accuracy and professionalism are critical.


Deliverables:

Fully editable PowerPoint (.pptx)

All fonts/images/icons used

Final polished presentation optimized for conference projection/screens



Additional important requirement:

Many slides currently contain screenshots/captured images from previous presentations, publications, or conference slides. I need these screenshot-based slides to be recreated as fully editable PowerPoint slides whenever possible.

This includes:

Recreating graphs and survival curves in editable format

Rebuilding charts/tables/diagrams instead of using screenshots

Converting image-based content into clean editable PowerPoint elements

Redrawing figures with professional formatting while preserving the original scientific data and appearance

Improving image quality and readability for conference projection

The goal is to minimize static screenshots and create a polished, editable, high-resolution presentation with consistent formatting throughout.

Experience recreating scientific graphs, Kaplan-Meier curves, hematology/oncology figures, and medical conference visuals is highly preferred.
