PowerPoint Overhaul for Dental Program

I need an experienced designer to update and reformat multiple PowerPoint presentations for an upcoming teaching program. The existing slides were created 15 years ago and need design updates.
Requirements:
- Design and layout should be modern and engaging, yet not too confronting for a large dental audience.
