Political & Culture Magazine Layout

I'm seeking a skilled designer to create a magazine layout for a politics and culture magazine. The layout should be engaging and professional for both print and digital formats. There is already an existing 'house style', which I'd be looking to have polished, redesigned where appropriate, and expanded on. A previous example is attached.

Sources of inspiration as to what i'd be more looking to replicate are the Monocle print magazines, and other leading politics/culture magazines.

PLEASE PROVIDE PORTFOLIO EXAMPLES OF YOUR MOST RELEVANT WORK AS PART OF YOUR BID

Requirements:
- Experience in magazine layout design
- Proficiency in design software (Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, etc.)
- Ability to create visually appealing layouts that enhance readability,
- Experience with both print and digital formats
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and composition
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

What you'd need to do:
- Create 4-5 different article layouts for politics and culture feature writing/reporting, each with specific aesthetics, paragraph stylings, etc
- Sizings would be A5, with 5mm bleeds
- Create layouts with sample text, as the copy of each article is currently being written.
- Design a sleek magazine cover
- Provide full indesign files at the conclusion of the project, to be reused/adapted for future projects (grant myself the full intellectual property rights in perpetuity to republish/edit/adapt as seen fit).


Ideally, I would like to see a portfolio showcasing similar work. Please ensure that the project can be completed within a month or two.
