PLR Library Rebrand & Organisation
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I have a sizeable library of PLR ebooks, articles and templates that must be turned from generic stock into a polished, ready-to-sell collection. Your job is to download every asset, apply complete rebranding—including fresh cover design, smarter titles and in-content edits—then house everything in a well-ordered Google Drive.
Here’s what has to happen:
• Pull down all files, run a quick safety check and keep a local backup.
• For each asset create a new cover (PSD, Canva or similar), change the title so it’s unique, and swap out any placeholder branding or links inside the document.
• Export both an editable version and a PDF, then upload to Drive.
Organisation is critical. The final folder tree must be grouped strictly by topic—Marketing, Health, Productivity, etc.—with sub-folders that separate ebooks, articles and templates. I also need a master spreadsheet that lists every file, its topic, format and rebrand status.
Acceptance criteria
– All titles are unique and free of PLR footprints
– Branding, links and author references point to my company only
– Covers share a consistent style, size and resolution
– Folder structure follows Topic › Format and matches the spreadsheet index
– Permissions are set to “Anyone with the link can view”
If you’re comfortable working in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop or Canva and can move quickly through bulk assets while keeping things organised, this will be a smooth project.
