Online Tutor Required for Adobe InDesign

I'm looking for an Adobe InDesign tutor to help me understand the basics. My aim is to use InDesign for my upcoming reference book.
- I'm particularly interested in mastering page layout, typography, and image placement.
- I also need guidance on using master pages, creating a table of contents, exporting documents as a PDF, and inserting highlighted quotations.
I'm a US citizen, so I'm looking for someone who can work with my schedule in Tokyo time. I'm willing to pay $10/hr for the tutoring and would like to start with a one-hour session.
The ideal tutor would be patient, able to explain concepts clearly and have a good understanding of both the basics and some advanced features of Adobe InDesign. Experience in publishing or book design would be a big plus.
