One-Page Financial Plan Rebuild

Job ID: 40220131

Budget: $30 – $250 USD

I have 2 single-page financial plans (retiree and pre-reitree) that I originally built in Excel on a Mac. The content is strictly investments and assets—current values, asset location . When my colleague opens the file on a Windows PC and updates the numbers, the layout jumps to a second page and the fonts shift. I need the sheet rebuilt (or converted) so it remains a polished, single-page template no matter who edits it, then exports cleanly to PDF for client presentations.

You may tackle this in Excel or Word—whichever gives the most reliable one-page result on Windows 365/2019—but the finished file must stay fully editable. The layout should feature:
• A summary table of portfolio figures (income analysis) that recalculates automatically
• An asset location chart/graph that updates with the table data and scales without distortion
• Consistent typography, color, and spacing for a professional look
• Page setup locked to one US-Letter/A4 page with margins that hold firm in Print Preview

Acceptance test: I open the template on a PC, change every monetary figure, hit Print Preview, and still see one perfect page ready to “Save as PDF,” with no clipped rows, shifted objects, or second pages. Provide the working file and a sample PDF that proves the formatting holds.
