Official Catalog of the Graphic Works of Salvador Dali - 2nd Edition

I am the Director of the Salvador Dali Archives, now located in upstate New York. We published a catalog of Salvador Dali's graphic (print) works in 1996. Since then, we have decided that much of the informaiton in the catalog needs updating and better photos.
I have been working with a colleague in France, who is also a Dali expert. He has been working on a new layout using Adobe InDesign software.
We need someone who is familiar with InDesign as well as another program he is using, File Maker Pro - a database program.
We are considering subscribing to Adobe Creative Cloud and having three (3) users - myself, my colleague, and a designer.
The final product will be a hard cover book/catalog with approximately 500-700 photos and text in about 200/250 pages. This will be volume 1 of perhaps 2 or 3 volumes, since Dali created more than 1800 different prints over the course of 50 years.
