I have two parallel streams of work that need a reliable extra pair of hands.
First, I’ll be sending over raw material—text fragments, tables, and existing files—that must be shaped into polished Microsoft Office documents. Most days this means tidying copy, applying consistent styles, fixing layout issues, and generally turning draft content into professional-looking files. The exact mix can shift (it may be a report one day, a spreadsheet or presentation the next), so versatility with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is key.
At the same time, I’ve got a steady queue of images that simply need to be resized and cropped in Photoshop. Nothing complex: select the right focal point, keep proportions, compress for web without losing clarity, and return each file with the agreed naming convention.
Deliverables
• Finished Office documents, proof-read and formatted, returned in their native formats plus PDF
• Cropped and optimised images delivered in PNG or JPEG as requested
