Need appointment with Book Publisher in Birmingham (UK)

I am having firm in Dehradun (India) working for Graphics/ Latex/ XML and Indesign Projects. Need client from Birmingham (UK). Need 20 Book or Journal publishers appointment those are interested in outsourcing tasks to India or any direct book publishing author. Open source journals to books is also available.
