Need a CS6-InDesign-Macro that changes the appliedLanguage of some text elements

This page has many text-elements. They are in Layers.
I need a script that
- changes the appliedLanguage in each text-element inside the Layer "Deutsch" to "German: 2006 Reform" ("de_DE_2006")
- changes the appliedLanguage in each text-element inside the Layer "Französisch" to "French" ("French")
- changes the appliedLanguage in each text-element inside the Layer "Englisch" to "English: UK" ("English: UK")
- changes the appliedLanguage in each text-element inside the Layer "Russisch" to "Russian" ("IDX_Russian")
