Modify PSD from InDesign

I need a Photoshop file modified from an InDesign page.

Requirements:
- Create a 1500px by 1500px canvas in Photoshop
- Place and enlarge a provided picture according to the sample
- Copy and format text like the sample using provided fonts
- Save as a PSD and export using "Save for Web (Legacy)"
- the lettering should be in the same area
