Modify Design for Fridge Magnet Print

I've got a design created on Adobe InDesign, which is saved in an .indd file and converted into a PNG. It's meant for a digital print of a fridge magnet.
What I need is:
- An Ai Illustrator file with an incorporated bleed area for a final print size of 90mm x 60mm + bleed.
- Modification of certain design elements within the existing design.
Ideal candidates for this project should be proficient in Adobe Illustrator and have experience in preparing designs for print. Attention to detail is crucial, as is a good sense of design to modify the existing elements seamlessly.
