• Apply a clean, contemporary layout that feels unmistakably modern while staying inside our company’s branding colours.
• Introduce visual hierarchy so each section flows logically and can be skim-read with confidence.
• Convert dense data into easy-to-read tables and sharp charts, and place high-quality images where they add impact.
• Ensure all typography, spacing and headers are consistent, and that the finished piece is equally strong when printed or exported as a PDF.
Deliverables
1. The fully formatted, editable Word document (styles intact).
2. A press-ready PDF version optimised for both on-screen viewing and high-resolution printing.
Acceptance criteria
– All original text preserved verbatim.
– Consistent use of brand palette and modern styling throughout.
– Tables, charts and images accurately reflect supplied data and are embedded at print quality (300 dpi).
– Document opens without font or layout shifts on current Microsoft Word and Adobe Acrobat versions.
