Modern Resume Template Formatting

I have a batch of plain-text resumes that look like a wall of words. I need them transformed into a clean, modern, and sleek layout that will impress both hiring managers and applicant-tracking systems. Every finished document should use a sans-serif face—Arial or Helvetica preferred—and consistent headings, sub-headings, spacing, and hierarchy.

You’ll start with the raw TXT files, drop the content into your template, tighten alignment, adjust margins, and make sure dates, job titles, and bullet points line up perfectly. Color accents are welcome as long as the overall look stays professional and printer-friendly.

Deliverables:
• An editable DOCX for each resume, styled with the modern template
• A matching PDF export for easy sharing
• A master template file I can reuse for future candidates

Before we wrap, I’ll review the first resume; once it’s approved you can process the rest the same way. If you have portfolio samples of modern résumé layouts, that will speed up selection.
