I need a clean, modern quarter-page horizontal ad sized precisely at 6.875" × 4". The layout must feature my business logo prominently while using an apartment photo as the background image. Please keep the colour palette consistent with the logo so the piece feels fully branded, and weave in the tagline “Bringing internet and technology to your community.”

Print-ready quality is essential. I’ll want the final art supplied as a high-resolution PDF (CMYK, 300 dpi) along with the working file—Adobe InDesign or Photoshop is fine—so that any future tweaks remain straightforward.
