Modern Proposal Formatting Urgent

I have all of the copy and images ready for a business proposal and need them laid out quickly in a clean, modern style. The job has two parts:

1) Create a polished proposal document, then export it as a print-ready PDF. You’ll handle page breaks, headings, consistent spacing, and integrate my high-resolution images so they display crisply.

2) Build a matching PowerPoint deck that mirrors the document’s visual language. Embed the same images, keep animations subtle, and maintain a clear hierarchy from slide to slide.

Modern is the look I’m after—plenty of white space, sleek sans-serif typography, and an overall professional feel. Standard system fonts are fine as long as the files open perfectly on any machine.

I will supply the text (Word/Google Doc), brand colours, and image assets immediately. In return, I expect:

• A finalized PDF of the proposal
• An editable .pptx file that’s ready to present
