Modern Dual-Store Flyer PDFs

I need two single-page flyers, one for each store, delivered as fully editable PDFs in a modern and clean style. I’ll provide five high-resolution photos per flyer (ten images total), the store logo, and short title text. Your job is to arrange each set of five images attractively on one page, integrate the logo and headings, keep plenty of breathing room, and make sure every element—from fonts to colors—stays easy for me to adjust later.

Both flyers should feel like part of the same family while still letting each store’s personality come through. Please use fonts that are either system fonts or freely available (Google Fonts preferred) so I don’t run into licensing or substitution issues when I open the files.

Deliverables
• Two editable PDF flyers (one page each)
• Source files with linked images and fonts packaged
• Print-ready versions with bleed and crop marks

Acceptance criteria: sharp 300 dpi images, CMYK color mode for print, text and logo remain fully editable, overall look aligns with the modern and clean direction.
