Modern Dessert Menu Design
Budget: $2 – $15 USD
I need a fresh, modern-and-sleek makeover for the printed menu in my dessert store. You will receive the current menu in an editable file, so most of the text and prices can simply be lifted straight across; the real task is to rethink the layout, typography, and visual hierarchy so everything feels clean, upscale, and easy to scan.
Our brand already has an approved colour palette, logo lock-ups, and a couple of secondary fonts. I will share the brand guide the moment we start, and I expect those elements to be applied consistently throughout the new design. Aside from that, I’m open to your creative interpretation—subtle icons, tasteful photography placeholders, or a clever way to highlight best-sellers are all welcome ideas as long as the overall look stays sleek rather than busy.
We’re still deciding whether the final piece will be a single-page print, a tri-fold, or even a digital screen version, so please be comfortable adapting the artwork to whichever format we settle on. The essentials I will need from you at project hand-off are:
• A press-ready PDF with proper bleed and crop marks
• The fully layered source file (Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, or Photoshop—whichever you prefer)
• Any custom graphics or icons created along the way in vector format
Timing is critical; I’d like to see an initial concept within 48 hours of hire and aim to have the finished menu off to print early next week.
