Military Retirement Ceremony Program Design

I'm looking for a designer to create an editable digital PDF retirement ceremony program for a military event. The program should be formal and traditional in style.
It should include the following sections:
- Biographies of the official party
-Program of Events
-Ceremony Participants
-Other pages with descriptions of specific traditions within the ceremony (I have all this information, just need in put into the digital template)
