Mexican short story political writer, must speak and read Spanish.

I need a Mexican short story writer who is able to continue my short story where I left off. The ideal candidate must be fluent in Spanish and should be sympathetic to (Mexicos current administration) this is very important since this story is related to the Mexican president.
The desired length of the short story is about 30 pages, but only short paragraphs, this is a coloring book, every image will be accompanied by a short paragraph explaining the image in the story.
The Story:
We follow AMLITO through his career, I also revisit some history and culture with all the chaos and the politics. This is the reason why you should like the current Mexican administration, I already started this project myself so I have a story line you can follow, should be easy for a professional journalist and writer.
Essentially, it’s a recap of the current president’s life and major accomplishments through the years and looks back at Mexicos ancient past.
