Manuscript Formatting & Proofread - Preparing for Amazon KDP

Job ID: 40266563

Budget: $30 – $250 USD

I am preparing an appx 131,000-word non-fiction business manuscript for self-publishing on Amazon KDP and need it professionally polished and laid out. I already have a detailed style guide that defines fonts, heading hierarchy, front- and back-matter order, and how tables and call-outs should appear; your job is to apply that look consistently across the entire book.

Beyond visual formatting, I also need a thorough proofread to catch grammar slips, punctuation faults, and any lingering inconsistencies in terminology or references. Once both steps are complete, I want two press-ready files: one optimized for the Kindle eBook platform and one PDF sized to KDP’s paperback trim specifications, each with an active table of contents and proper pagination.

You will also provide me a full pdf and docx file as a master copy
