Make a technical specifications document

Hi,
I need a document in PDF and Illustrator or InDesign that contains the technical specifications of a certain product.
I want to replicate the content of another document that I attach, but under my own branding. I attach a document with the branding of my company.
The document with the data/information I want to copy and paste to my document (the one I want you to make) is this MQpassivhausPapik.pdf (or you can download from https://www.papik.cat/MQpassivhausPapik.pdf).

The main language is catalan. And for now, I just need this language. The same language as the reference document's attached. A little farther ahead in time, I'll need it in Spanish.

So, the branding identity is shown in this file "identidad_de_marca.pdf"., which is attached too.
