Hello,
I’m looking for a quote for magazine design services and ad production. Our requirements are as follows;
2 x monthly magazines - 68-100 pages a month 70/30 edit/ad split (12x per year each)
1 x quarterly magazine - 68-100 pages 70/30 edit/ad split (4x per year)
Each magazine needs to be shipped on a strict deadline spaced out through the month. Most ads are supplied complete but might need to be tweaked or manipulated. Around 10-15 ads designed a month of various sizes.
We also have ad-hoc magazines to design a few times a year of 48-68 pages in size. Finally, the designer would also need to undertake any graphical designs we need for the exhibition we run each year. This will be somewhere in the region of about 15-20 pieces of design work at the most for promotion of the show, and for items needed at the show.
All work will need to be done too tight deadlines, and if undertaken by an agency must uphold our rigorous standards of design.
Please can you confirm an itemised cost for undertaking the work, as well as a fixed cost rate for undertaking all the work listed on an ongoing basis?
You will also need to supply copies of magazines you have previously designed.
