Luxury Travel Itinerary Design
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
We’re refreshing the way we present our bespoke itineraries to guests— from the downloadable PDF they receive before departure, to the teaser images we share on social channels, and the follow-up newsletter that lands in their inbox. I need a graphic designer who can translate a high-end, luxury aesthetic into these three formats and keep the look seamless across every touchpoint.
Scope of work
• Design visually engaging travel-itinerary PDFs ready for print and digital distribution.
• Create image assets that spotlight key moments of each trip for Instagram, Facebook, and our website banners.
• Produce an email-newsletter template that matches the itinerary design so guests experience one consistent brand story.
Style direction
Think elegant typography, generous white space, and refined color palettes—nothing busy or overcrowded. Gold accents, muted neutrals, and full-bleed hero photography usually resonate well with our audience, but I’m open to your creative take as long as it feels unmistakably premium.
Tools & delivery
Adobe InDesign will likely be the workhorse for the itineraries, while Photoshop/Illustrator (or equivalent) can drive the image assets. The newsletter can be supplied as a responsive HTML file or a design file compatible with Mailchimp or similar. Final exports should include layered source files, print-ready PDFs, and web-optimized JPEG/PNG/HTML as appropriate.
What I’d like to see from you
Show me examples of previous luxury, lifestyle, or high-end travel design projects so I can gauge your experience. A concise note on how you’ll keep the brand look consistent across PDFs, images, and newsletters will help me understand your approach.
Future work
Destination guides and travel-tips collateral may follow once the itinerary set is complete, so I’m looking for someone interested in an ongoing partnership.
