Design & Develop a Luxury Brand Standards Booklet for DestinMe (Hospitality Brand)
Project Scope:
We need a 150–200 page luxury standards manual for our hospitality brand, DestinMe, which manages 80+ curated farmhouses & resorts. The content is already written (attached PDF). We now want a professionally designed booklet with:
High-end layout & design (clean, modern, luxury feel).
Integration of brand colors:
Luxury Segment → Black & Gold palette.
Ultra-Luxury Segment → Burgundy & Gold palette.
Typography: Elegant serif + modern sans-serif combination.
Images:
Use stock images (hospitality, farmhouses, pools, linens, staff, families, local crafts).
Blend in brand-related mockups (bedsheets, pool signage, staff uniforms, entrance boards).
Provide placeholders where custom property photos will be added later.
Icons & Infographics: To make SOPs, checklists, and standards visually appealing.
Flow: From Brand DNA → Guest Journey → Standards (Rooms, Bathrooms, Pools, Dining, Safety, Staff, Sustainability, Add-ons, Office Experience, etc.).
Deliverables:
Fully designed PDF Booklet (print & digital friendly).
Editable source files (InDesign / Illustrator).
Use of licensed fonts & stock images only.
Integration of our provided logo across the document.
Visual consistency across Luxury & Ultra-Luxury segment distinctions.
Freelancer Requirements:
Proven experience in hospitality brand manuals, brochures, or luxury design projects.
Strong portfolio in luxury brand identity & editorial design.
Ability to work with existing content and enhance visually without losing clarity.
Suggest creative image placements and icons.
