Luxury Property Brand Pack Design
Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
Our boutique residential property studio is refreshing its visual collateral and I’m commissioning a premium brand pack that feels as refined as a five-star hotel. The work is split into three clear deliverables:
1. Capability Statement
• Follow the layout cues of the attached fit-out capability statement.
• Content must cover only our Company overview and Services offered; no other sections are required.
• The result should read smoothly on screen yet be press-ready for A4 print.
2. Process Document
• Use the provided process example as an architectural guide.
• Present a concise Step-by-step guide supported by clear Visual diagrams or flow-charts so a client can grasp our workflow at a glance.
3. Logo Refinement
• Keep the current colour palette intact; refinement is limited to Font style and the Logo icon design.
• Supply the refreshed mark in vector (AI/SVG) plus web-safe PNGs.
Acceptance criteria
• All layouts supplied in fully editable Adobe InDesign (or Illustrator where appropriate) together with packaged links and fonts.
• Print-ready PDFs for each document.
• A short brand style summary page outlining fonts, spacing, and any icon usage rules so future collateral remains cohesive.
The aesthetic should lean contemporary and understated: generous white space, elegant typography, and imagery that signals luxury without ostentation. If these standards match your design sensibility, I look forward to seeing how you elevate our brand.
