PROJECT BRIEF DESIGN & LAYOUT FOR A PREMIUM LEADERSHIP MANIFESTO and EXECUTIVE BROCHURES (X4)
Project Overview
We have developed a complete manuscript (12–16 pages) for a high-end leadership and AI strategy manifesto. We now require a world-class designer to convert this into a luxury PDF publication that feels equivalent to:
Harvard Kennedy School reports
McKinsey Global Institute whitepapers
World Economic Forum executive briefs
Apple-style minimalism
This document will be used for C-suite audiences, boardrooms, and senior-level events, so the design must look elite, timeless, and institution-grade.
Deliverables Required
1. Premium PDF Manifesto (12–16 pages)
2. Brochures x 4
A fully designed PDF including:

Foreword page
Section dividers
Clean typography hierarchy
Luxury colour palette (we will provide brand tones)
Intelligent, minimal layout
Iconography where needed

Two final exports: print-ready + screen-optimized
The design must clearly communicate leadership, intelligence, governance, and the future of AI.
2. Diagrams & Visual Models (Custom Design Required)
We need elegant, consulting-quality visuals for:
A 6-pillar leadership intelligence model
A 3-stage leadership identity model
A modern governance model for boards
An AI-era executive decision model
A capability map showing six leadership skill families
These must look intelligent, futuristic, clean, and high-end.
3. Additional 3-4 Page Brochures x 4
A concise, beautifully branded brochure summarising:
Our philosophy
Our leadership/advisory programmes
Our executive offerings
This must look polished and suitable for senior stakeholders.
Design Expectations
We require:
Clean, minimal layout (Harvard/McKinsey style)
Soft gradients or subtle geometric patterns (optional)
Intelligent spacing and typography
A modern serif + clean sans-serif combination
Strong, premium visual identity
Diagrams that feel strategic and sophisticated
We are looking for designers who can produce consulting-quality design, not generic marketing material.

Skills Required
