Lulu Print-Ready Book Updates

My manuscript has already been through its first print run, and I’m preparing a second edition that will be printed through Lulu. Before I upload, I need a meticulous pass to polish the text and refine the interior layout so everything meets Lulu’s print-ready standards.

Here’s what I have and what I need from you:

• A complete InDesign file (and exported PDF) from the first edition
• All images in high-resolution format, ready for placement or touch-up
• A short list of new sentences and paragraph tweaks I’d like inserted

What I’m looking for you to deliver:

1. Text edits – correct any lingering grammar or spelling issues and incorporate my small content updates seamlessly into the existing flow.
2. Image adjustments – scale, crop, or sharpen the supplied images so they print crisply; replace a few placeholders with the new images I’ll provide.
3. Final formatting – ensure margins, bleeds, fonts, page numbers, and color profiles comply with Lulu’s latest specification, then export a press-quality PDF ready for direct upload.

Once the file passes Lulu’s pre-press check, the job is done. If you work in Adobe InDesign and are comfortable with Lulu’s templates and PDF/X-1a output, this should be straightforward. I’ll share all assets as soon as we start so you can turn the project around quickly.
