KDP Cover Resizing in InDesign

I have a PDF of a book cover which was designed in InDesign. All I need is for it to be slightly resized so it matches the KDP template I will supply.
It must be done using InDesign.
No tweaks to text, imagery or other design elements are necessary—just an accurate resize so the spine, bleed and trim lines line up perfectly with Amazon’s specs.
Once you’ve adjusted the InDesign file, please hand back:
• The updated, print-ready PDF that passes KDP’s online preview
• The corresponding, neatly packaged InDesign file (with fonts and links)
