I want a visually striking business portfolio that positions my Equity Builder company as an attractive, credible destination for private and institutional investors. The document should feel creative and innovative—clean typography, bold imagery, and data-driven graphics rather than a stiff, corporate brochure.
Scope
• Shape a clear narrative that showcases our mission, track record, flagship projects, financial highlights, and leadership team.
• Design a cohesive visual system: colour palette, icon set, and layout grid that can be reused across future material.
• Translate the content into a multi-page, print-ready PDF and a lightweight, screen-optimised version. If you enjoy interactive work, feel free to suggest subtle animations or clickable elements that deepen engagement without distracting from the story.
What I’ll supply
Raw copy, brand colours, logos, photography, and any performance data you need. Collaboration is welcome—refining the wording for stronger investor appeal is part of the brief.
Deliverables
1. Editable source file (InDesign, Figma, or Affinity)
2. High-resolution PDF for print (CMYK, bleed included)
3. Optimised PDF for email/web (max 10 MB)
Acceptance criteria
The final portfolio must flow logically, highlight returns and value creation, stay on brand, and look sharp on both 13-inch laptops and A4 printouts.

Links to finished work or a quick case study are ideal—no need for lengthy proposals unless they add real insight.
