Interactive InDesign PDF CV for Linux Engineer

I'm looking for a talented designer skilled in InDesign, who can create a modern, interactive PDF CV for me, in english and french but both texts will be provided. I am a Linux Systems Engineer and would like this CV to be tailored to my field. It's just a detail but I would also like you to export the final INDD file to HTML or HTML/CSS so I could make it a webpage too.

I can provide:
- An old Illustrator CV from 2019 in english and french, which I liked
- My current DOCX CV, which contains my latest experiences but is not to my taste

Requirements:
- Use your creativity and inspiration, I'm not trying to copy my old models
- Focus primarily on showcasing my work experience
- Incorporate clickable links, buttons, and animations in an engaging way

Ideal skills:
- Proficient in InDesign PDF interactivity
- Ability to create modern, visually appealing designs
- Excellent understanding of how to highlight work experience

The design should incorporate a creative tone to showcase uniqueness. I like blue color but I am open to suggestions from the designer.
