Insurance statement design

I have a design that I created in InDesign.
I need it recreated in Word.
It must be a usable format, that can be updated, complete with all stylesheeting.
Note: it must work seamlessly and perfectly. It cannot be an export from PDF to Word as these are not professional outputs and are full of broken components.
