I want to present our portable cabins, prefab structures, PEB buildings, and heavy-fabrication services in a catalogue that feels on a par with major infrastructure and engineering brands. The priority is a professional layout—sophisticated and elegant rather than flashy—so the document instantly signals corporate reliability when a prospect flips through it.
The booklet will run about 12–20 pages and needs to balance concise copy with strong industrial visuals and icons. Clear product segmentation is essential: each product category must stand out, making it easy for buyers, project managers, and consultants to find the solution that fits their brief. Technical data and testimonials can appear, but the page hierarchy should always favour the categories themselves.
A modern corporate style is non-negotiable. Think refined typographic grids, disciplined whitespace, and a controlled colour palette that echoes the engineering sector’s sense of precision. Once approved, I’ll need two variants: a high-resolution print-ready file (CMYK, 300 dpi, with 3 mm bleeds) and an interactive PDF optimised for email and web download.
